Alarm clock was set at 5am in the morning. So the whole family did woke up and got ourselves ready for the short kampung trip. There were two cars, 10 of us in total. The plan was to reach Batu Pahat as soon as possible cause we have our own cow waiting for us before it is slaughtered for religious purposes. Manage to move off by 7am, went for breakfast at JB first and then straight to Batu Pahat.
Finally we reached the place about 10am plus. Unfortunately the weather started to drizzle and it got even heavier. Dad did a few payments for the cow, blah3. And then it was the moment that we have been waiting for. The slaughter. The village men, teenagers and boys were already waiting for us at the mosque. All set to carry out the ceremony. Even the cow was waiting. A black cow i named Black Maria. Not as big as the last time i saw a cow but this one was rather fierce too. Here are a fer pictures n videos of the day. I don't wish to put up the whole video of the process of slaughtering cause it would cause my blog to be rated M18. People wouldn't want to come anymore. hahaha. However, the pictures may still look gore to you but this is the plain truth. Slaughterings of cows, sheeps, lambs, chickens or duck son Hari Raya Haji have been practiced since thousands years ago .
Sorry that the videos are all in malay language. For those who understand, enjoy
:D
^ First pic taken as soon as we reached there.

^ I wanted to bring the head home and hang it but the uncle said it won't pass the immigration.
boohoo:(
^ Legs hanged, meat being cut off.
^ I'm holding the heart & his holding the lungs of the cow.
^ You can find many things in there. Stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, etc.

^ Cow was already slaughtered.
She really likes it man.
^ Bro Q seems like forcing the cat to stay still. haha
^ And this cute lil kitten is just 1 week old! really small seh.
The best part of the day for me was the moment when we all were already set to go home.
You see, in front of our kampung house there is this longkang(which we call it parit in malay). Me, my siblings and my cousin would bath n swim in it. Catch small fishes and play with the sand. It's actually a small river that runs down from a nearby hill. Since the rain has just stopped, the water level rose and the water turn chalky instead of clear. If i were to get into the longkang, water level should be as high as my elbow. That's quite deep for a small river.
Suddenly brother started this conversation(it's translated into english already) ;
FYI: Brother is the kind of person who would criticise n tease me if i don't do things that he dares me to do. He likes to think that i'm just a skinny boy who acts macho all the time.
And so that marks the day. I did enjoyed my day.
tata people. till then.
